Our promise to the planet
We care about the environment just as much as you do. That's why we use eco friendly packing! Our products are organic, packaged & shipped in recycled cardboard boxes then sealed with eco friendly tape.
To ensure the best quality and freshness please allow up to 10 working days (UK) 15 working days (International) for our team to process and dispatch your order.
If you pick the incorrect shipping method you will be contacted via email to pay the outstanding amount before your order is packed and sent. Until the outstanding amount is paid your order will not be dispatched from our store. Please be aware international orders can take up to 12 working days to process due to customs.
Returns and refunds Policy
At Pocket Sized Paws we do not provide refunds, replacements or store credit vouchers unless your order has arrived damaged, unfit for purpose or items are missing.
Please note in order for us to provide a replacement, store credit voucher or refund for the above listed reasons, we will require photographic evidence of the orders receipt and reason for return via email or direct message on Instagram.
If for any reason you are unhappy with any of our products and you want to return your parcel please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, once past this window we can no longer be of any help. Please be aware that perishable items must be unopened. The parcel does not have to be returned in its original box however if you do change the packaging you must make sure the items are protected as we may ask you to pay for damaged caused. Please note we do not cover postage charges for returns nor will these be refunded.
We do NOT take any responsibility for incorrect shipping details (often causing lost mail) or misread product/shipping information.
We do NOT provide refunds, store credit vouchers or replacements if you knew an item was faulty when purchasing it, if you damaged an item yourself or if you no longer want the item.

If you placed an order by mistake and wish to cancel your order then you must do so via email or direct message within 24 hours of making your purchase.
All orders containing 'preorder' products will be shipped as one parcel. If you wish to have us ship your 'normal' products and 'preorder' products separately please place two separate orders.
Pocket sized paws will NOT be held responsible for any animals or humans that fall sick whist consuming our products.
Please be aware our chew toys can have small openings and we recommend supervision is provided to our smaller pocket sized friends at all times, alternatively you can hang the chew toy from your friends enclosure using a safe string.
Products are not for human consumption.
Nuts are handled in our environment and although everything is sanitised they may still be traces.
If you are unsure if a product is right for you and your pocket sized friend or you have any questions on the safety of certain ingredients for example, please feel free to contact us via our website, Instagram page or email.
We recommend to use products within 6 months of opening, store in a reseable bags or airtight container.
Suspected lost mail:
If your order does not arrive within 30 days of dispatch it is most likely your order has got lost in the mail.
First you must check you provided us with the correct delivery information as we will not accept any responsibility if the information provided to us was incorrect. If you did provide the correct information please email us with your order number letting us know that your order hasn’t arrived and we will then contact our courier to find out as much information as we can to resolve the issue.
If our courier can confirm the order has not been delivered a replacement of the order will be sent out to you or we will give you a store credit voucher for the orders full amount excluding shipping costs. A refund may also be provided for the orders full amount excluding shipping costs.
If our courier confirms the order was delivered to the correct address given by the customer then unfortunately we can not be of any further help.
If you contact us with an issue 30 days after the dispatch unfortunately we can not be of any help.
